Griib Design receives top 100 global rebrand award
The jury for the first annual ReBrand 100 was judged in New
York in January and results published late February, with the
panel of 10 esteemed experts having made their recommendations
on the finalists.
Griib Design was recognised among the 2005 ReBrand
100 finalists for their work with client Target Precision.
Entrants were received
from design firms, in-house corporate professionals, clients,
architects, business strategists, advertising agencies, non-profit
organisations and government agencies.
The ReBrand 100 jury panel
is a multidisciplinary mix of prominent, international, industry
experts and entries ranged from global
megabrands to non-profits, small, regional organisations in a
broad range of industries. All projects were reviewed by jurors,
with each "before" and "after" submission
studied, and the written summaries carefully read. There was
a spirited debate about the components of effective rebrands,
and what actually constitutes a rebrand. Key criteria for assessing
entries:
- Clear transformation for the better in meeting the strategic
objectives
- Solution exceeded expectations and/or incorporated
an element of surprise
- The rebrand spurred an emotional connection
for the target audience
- The rebrand was intelligently executed
with evidence that it could be implemented across the organisation,
or a specific
unit of the brand.
This achievement has helped established the rurally-based design
studio in Great Bardfield, Essex as leading design and brand
strategists, working at international level.
