design thinking

As users of a service or consumers, we need boxes, labels and general structure to help make sense of stuff .....information we use and store to recall when needed. But, what if there were no boxes, no labels and no structure...how would we make sense of the world?

Could we work without structure and hierarchy? Would there be anarchy without authority? Would there be any boundaries to frame our thoughts and feelings?

We do structure, we do boxes. But, we prefer to do benefits, improvements and helpful solutions that complement and serve.

We prefer to design.

We take our work seriously. We build design solutions to invigorate, communicate improvement and help serve individuals, businesses and corporations, but not as users or consumers, but as intelligent people.

This may include repositioning a company to be proud of what it is or designing media production methods that eliminate waste or improve a service to help better serve customers.

We don’t have big egos and expensive offices. We are just as proud to work with local SMEs as we are more well known city corporates.

Our philosophy is simple. To serve and improve all our lives by designing better solutions to meet needs, with respect and dignity.

We prefer to work with organisations who hold similar values. Together we can make an improvement or bring change for the better.

Customers - design of customer experience; Brand - customers have their own view of your oranisation (this concept must be at the centre of every organisation); Business Ideology - design of concept, vision or belief; Mean something, stand for something, make a statement to improve, help or serve
